We are a forming cohousing community with 17 acres of property a few miles outside of Port Townsend. If you are looking for a little village in the woods with easy access to all the culture that Port Townsend has to offer – check us out. With cohousing, everyone owns their own home, and equal shares in the Common House, and other commonly held portions of the property.
We have property and have formed a development LLC. We are using Charles Durrett of The Cohousing Company, and he has completed a feasibility study and done a public presentation on our behalf.
