In this workshop you will practice the essential elements of dynamic governance (sociocracy) and learn some theory along the way.
This experiential workshop will be facilitated by Jerry Koch-Gonzalez of The Sociocracy Consulting Group and the Institute for Peaceable Communities. Jerry is a founding resident of the 20-year-old Pioneer Valley Cohousing Community in Amherst MA (sociocratically governed) and a certified Trainer in both Sociocracy and Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
